    What is ALLOWED:
    1. Personal projects + Commercial use up to 10 units. (If you are selling more than 10+ items, please purchase a license(s). )

    2. Making gifts for friend & families.

    3. Alter design, color, size for your projects needs. You may add texts using your own fonts. You may use partial of the design.

    4. Use Crystyle Design designs for any projects you are working on, as long as it is for personal use.

    NOT ALLOWED:

    1. alter, modify, vary, re-size, reverse engineer or howsoever amend any or all designs from Crystyle Design for resale / re-distribute designs digitally.

    2. create any derivative works based on any or all Items.

    3. re-sell or distribute our designs AS YOUR OWN IN ANY FORMATS.

    4. use any or all Items to generate, create, produce or howsoever associated such Items to defamatory, offensive, harmful or abusive materials or articles

    5. produce fabric, wrapping papers, temporary tattoos, DPT transfer sheet WITHOUT POD license (per design)!

Question:

Can I download these files and make products, like mug & T-shirts, and sell them for my business?

Yes absolutely! However, re-sell or re-distribution of designs are NOT allowed in any digital forms. In another words, you can make physical products with our designs, but you are not allowed to re-sell them as DTF/PNG files or any other “printable” or “download-able” items.

Yay! You are a Premium Member now. Your information is now registered on our list. Now you can go ahead and start downloading both FREE & Premium Digital Files. For FREE files, go ahead and download $0 “personal use” only. Since your information is registered, you hold the right to use these designs for your business even though you downloaded them for free. Can I cancel my plan & get a refund for the payment I submitted?

We want to make sure you are satisfied and happy!
Thus, we offer a 30-day refund policy. Please read the following:

You can get the full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, if and when, you didn’t use the service, that is, you haven't downloaded any designs.

In this case, please shoot us an e-mail: support@crystyledesigns.com to submit your refund request. You can only request the refund of the current billing period.


Please note that previous payments can't be refunded.
